Feed
Control Cylinder & Pressure Booster
General
Description :
In
general applications, speed of a cylinder is controlled
by means of a flow control valve. However in
applications which requires very precise speed control
without jerks, feed control cylinder is recommended. Hydro pneumatic system provided in
cylinder enables achievement of velocities as low as 50
mm per minute. In this cylinder during forward
stroke hydraulic fluid is introduced because of which we
get smooth flow. Forward stroke is slow and
controlled because of flow control valve. And
return stroke is smooth but not slow because of non
return valve.

11/2", 2", 21/2", 3,4" Bore

Pressure
Booster is a device which includes both hydraulic as well as
pneumatic cylinders. Base cylinder is pneumatic cylinder and
above it is hydraulic cylinders input is pneumatic.
Output force we get is hydraulic. It is a power saving
device which replaces hydraulic cylinders and power pack.

Hydraulic Power Pack
‘HPC’ make Hydraulic Power Pack consists of a oil tank, which carries a vertical flange
mounted Electrical Motor with a Nylon gear coupling to Vane pump, Gear pump or a
Piston Pump, depending on pressure and capacity required. The suction side consist
of pump with a suction strainer capable of straining particles of micron size while
discharge side of pumps is connected to Manifold block. Manifold block consists of
directional control valve, Pressure relief valve. Passages are made inside Manifold
block which eliminates piping. Which reduces friction noise level.
Power Pack is provided with accessories like oil level indicator to indicate oil level with
temperature indicator, Air breather for oil filling. Drain is provided in the side of tank for
oil remover.
We deal with all leading valve manufactures like REXROTH / VICKERS / YUKEN and
POLYHYDRON. We can also provide electrical components like PLC from reputed
make such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, L&T. |

Continuous
Reciprocating Cylinders :-
This is a special type of cylinder
which reciprocates continuously. It has a 5/2 way double pilot valve
attached to it. It has only one input for operating the cylinder. Once
input is given to valve, cylinder starts reciprocating. Speed of
cylinder can be controlled by means of flow control valve or silencer cum controller.
It is basically used for the operations like pumping operations. |

Pneumatic
Pump :
Pneumatic Pump is a compact and sophisticated device to transfer
Hydraulic Oil, water or any engineering liquid from one
drum to another. It helps to save the time of operator to transfer
the same.
It consist of Pneumatic Cylinder which reciprocates
continuously when supply is given, which in turn starts pumping
of liquid. Filter pad & accessories are provided for
dust-free operation of pump. Non return valve is provided
which eliminates back flow of liquid. It is mainly used
for all Chemical & Hydraulic industries to transfer the
liquid.
